Entrance Fee
Your entrance fee amounts to $340.00, and it consists of your first weeks rent ($140.00) and a one time processing fee ($200.00)
Weekly Fees
First weeks rent of $140.00 is due at the time of intake, which is included in your entrance fee. All fees are due by Friday evening (@ 5:00pm) with a bank check, money order or cash. We do not accept personal checks.
- Your fees are due on time and in full each week. If your rent is not paid on time you will be charged a late fee of $25.00.
- All fees and rents are NON-REFUNDABLE
