Living Agreement
As a resident, I agree to keep our homes safe and drug free at all times. I am aware that random drug testing will be performed on a weekly basis and if a positive result is given by me, I will be asked to leave immediately. I will carefully read and comply with New England Transitions resident policies. I agree that I will remain clean and sober, and that if I do not comply, I will be asked to leave. I will provide a list of all medications upon entering the house and inform New England Transitions of any changes in medication immediately.
I understand that neither New England Transitions nor the owner of the property is responsible for my personal property or personal injury, which may become lost, stolen, or damaged. I also understand that I am not a tenant at New England Transitions, and I have no tenancy rights. I am here as a family member and I am expected to maintain a safe environment.
